Information and purposes

Contact links open your email application. You choose whether to send a message. The website has no submission form, document upload, account registration or payment checkout. Agree a sharing process before sending invoices or records containing tenant, financial or other sensitive information.
Your privacy choices
Optional measurement stays off until you allow it. Choose “Allow all” to permit analytics and masked session recordings when available, or “Decline” to keep both off. Previously saved analytics-only permission enables analytics without recordings.
Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to change your preference. Declining stops future measurement sends, including queued recording transmissions. For information already received, contact us with a privacy request. Measurement applies only to the public homepage at verifyspend.com; policy pages, local environments and review pages are not measured.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep optional analytics and recordings off, including when an earlier choice allowed them.
Page analytics excludes query strings, fragments, referrers, custom event data and custom visitor identifiers. Recordings require strict masking of page text and inputs. Fields, editable content, contact links and marked private areas are excluded. Heatmaps are disabled. Recording sampling is limited to 15%, and each recording lasts at most five minutes.
Recordings do not start on URLs with query parameters. Leaving the permitted homepage or adding a query or unrecognized fragment blocks further recorder sends for that page session. Read our cookies and analytics notice for browser storage and recording details.
Providers and access
Google Workspace handles mail sent to [email protected]. Julian administers the mailbox. Apollo is authorized for full Gmail access, including access to messages and the ability to permanently delete them. This describes Apollo's permission to access the mailbox.
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Optional measurement uses self-hosted Umami on Railway. The Umami service, PostgreSQL database and Valkey service run in Amsterdam, Netherlands. A separate service administrator has administrator access to the Cloudflare and Railway services.
These providers receive network and browser/request information to deliver their services. Provider infrastructure logs and recovery copies have their own lifecycles. The website uses no advertising pixels, advertising audience tools or cross-site tracking integrations.
Retention
Our retention policy sets these targets:
- Unconverted enquiries: twelve months (12 months) after the last substantive conversation.
- Raw analytics: ninety days (90 days) from collection.
- Session recordings: thirty days (30 days) from collection.
These are retention targets, not a guarantee of automatic deletion on a particular date. Browser preferences remain until you change your choice, clear site storage or the storage key changes.
Necessary active-client records and records needed for a specific dispute or legal obligation are handled separately, with a specific purpose, limited scope and a review or release condition. Invoice-review engagements use separate agreed service and document-handling terms.
To ask about retained information or request deletion, contact us at [email protected]. Withdrawing analytics permission stops future sends; it does not erase information already received.
Requests and contact
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the relevant correspondence and your request. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive records in the initial message.
Depending on applicable law, your rights may also include portability, objection, restriction and a complaint to the relevant privacy authority. The website is intended for professional property-management audiences.
